If, for some reason, you do not have the above proofs at hand, you can still utilize the "Always New" guarantee, but it is necessary to return the old device to us. In this case, the cost of returning the old device and the shipping cost of the new device shall be borne by you. Getting the device exchanged at our customer service is free from any such extra costs.
